I have retightened it three times and it s still coming loose. I just replaced the tub barring seal flat washier split ring and a new tub nut. Off of the rusted corroded drive block and shaft. I suspect the center post is badly rusted too.

The hard part is getting the tub up and out. Hub nut securing the tub is made of stainless steel and must be torqued to 150 ft. Due to the higher rpm of this model the 1 11 16 in. I had lots of fun getting the tub nut off and now well i just can t seem to make the dang tub budge.
