I recently changed the battery maybe 3 months ago car has about 83k miles on it.
Gmc denali door locks keep locking and unlocking.
The key fob will lock the car doors but will not unlock it.
Maybe a longshot but my wifes chevy uplander van was doing a couple of those things doors were locking and unlocking sliding door alarm would come on etc turns out the key fob remote was screwing up.
The headlights and dome lights will flash when i hit my brake.
At this point i am forced to manually unlock any door that i need to open.
Rpm and mph gauges will turn off an on.
You simple park turn the car off get out.
Sometimes the doors will only unlock halfway and other times the drivers door will unlock but the passenger wont.
I attempt to unlock with the key fob no response.
Unlock press to unlock the driver s door.
I have a 2017 gmc acadia denali.
When the car sits for long enough it goes back to normal.
To change the door lock and unlock settings go to settings vehicle remote lock unlock start.
To get into the car need to climb through the trunk.
Lock press to lock all doors and tailgate.

Passive door locking enables you to not even use use the lock button on the key fob or the button on the vehicle s door handle to lock the vehicle.

It happens whether i use the inside locks or the remote.
Service stabilitrak and traction control warnings will come on.
If passive locking is turned on all doors will lock automatically after a short delay.
From this point i have attempted to lock the doors in the same way i tried to unlock with no response other than the same electrical clicking under the dash.
